The Holy Place of Meditation

Meditation
(Udo P. Pohlner)

"If the spirit is completely withdrawn from all mental activities by practising Yoga, one mentions this state of  perfection Samadhi. This state of spirit means that one attains the ability to see this by the pure spirit and enjoy in this  with pure delight. One learns boundless trans-cendental luck and enjoy into himself in this state of perfection by means of trans-cendental senses. In this state one never differs from the truth and thinks that there is no greater profit....This is actual liberty from all sufferings which arise from the material touch."

Bhagavad Gita, cape. 6, verses 20-23

Usually we think Meditation is to be concentrated with closed eyes without thinking about anything. This optinion has in reality nothing to do with true Meditation. Meditation is called, that one turns his consciousness, his spirit, his heart, his complete nature, towards God. Meditation means union with God.

That is what Yogis and old wisdom documents say about Meditation.

So, if you turn your spirit towards God with all your love, and are deepened into God with your heart, your spirit and your whole nature full and whole then you are prepared to achieve the state of Meditation. But remember Meditation is not yours, it is a state of Light that must be given to you as a devine bliss.

"Suchly a relieved man (yogi) never feels attached to outer objects, nor to material enjoyment or pleasures of life. His state of spirit is trance and one enjoys the delight from within. This is the way a yogi is en-joyed by the light which is unlimited luck for him, because he is con-centrated on the highest."

Bhagavad Gita, cape. 5, verse 21
